Caters to low income families who can not afford to be brand loyal. Uses only in store advertising. Does not have brand plan-o-grams. They buy the brand "deal of the week". Takes small volumes that don't warrant manufacturer service.

Every month, this market is open to buy. With so many stores willing and able to buy, it allows CLT to breakdown large volumes of unwanted brand inventories and disperse them in small quantities throughout our wide network. The benefit to manufacturers:

Our clients are among the countless small chains of 20 to 100 stores all over the world that find their niche with low income families. Unfamiliar banners like Bargain Home, Dollar Giant, Poundstretcher, Northwest Stores, and In-Store, seek national brand presence to compliment their predominately "no name" product offering.

Despite not being mainstream retail competition, geographical and account restrictions imposed by the brand manufacturer may limit the use of some accounts in our network.
